Colorado 4-H Rulebook Changes Print E-mail

The Colorado 4-H Horse Show Rulebook Committee is a sub-committee to the Colorado State Horse Programming Committee and is charged with reviewing all proposed rule changes. The Rulebook Sub-Committee reviews all rule change proposals and if passed through the sub-committee, the sub-committee presents any rule changes to the State Horse Programming Committee on a bi-annual basis. All proposed rule changes that make it through the sub-committee are voted upon by the State Horse Programming Committee and either voted down or voted to be incorporated into the most current Colorado 4-H Horse Show Rulebook.

If you have a rule change / proposal you would like the sub-committee to consider, please print the below Rule Change Proposal Form and return to Dr. David J. Denniston. ALL Rule Change Proposal Forms submitted and passed through the sub-committee will be presented before the State Horse Programming Committee for consideration.  Thank you for your care and interest in the Colorado 4-H Horse Project.
